Occupy International Working Group
THE INTERNATIONAL WORKING GROUP HAS DISBANDED. MOST OF US ARE NOW INVOLVED IN THE NO TTIP CAMPAIGN!:
Why We Used to Meet!:
From the stock exchanges to the headquarters of multinational corporations, from the UK Parliament to the numerous embassies, London is an agglomerate of centers of power that effect the lives of people all over the globe.
But it is also home to a diverse international community, that can play an important role in strengthening the global resistance and consolidating ties between the movements that are sweeping the world.
Occupy was an example of how powerful these global networks can be, and many of the connections made 2 years ago have been maintained and consolidated.
At these meetings we can discuss together how we can make use of these resources to contribute to the global struggles. Do join and invite your friends!
