As expected, today the Occupy London Stock Exchange site (OccupyLSX) has been served with eviction notices by the City of London Corporation. We will be posting our response shortly but thought it important that you see the documents themselves as soon as possible. To aid in review of the text, here is a transcript.
Occupy London held a solidarity demonstration outside the US Embassy today (Tuesday) following the eviction of Occupy Wall Street protestors from Zucotti Park in the early hours of this morning. Occupiers unfurled a banner reading, “They cannot evict an idea” as police blocked access to the embassy.

Yesterday evening (Monday), a number of supporters of Occupy London, campaigners for social and economic justice, staged a peaceful direct action outside the Guildhall, while the new Lord Mayor David Wooton entertained David and Samantha Cameron at his annual banquet. Other guests included Theresa May, the archbishop of Canterbury and the bishop of London.
