Occupy Faith
Public Group active 1 year, 1 month agoOccupy Faith UK are dedicated to combining faith cultures and resistance cultures in support of the Occupy movement. To make a joint stand against social injustice, class culture and oppression. We have no interest in changing or placing any value on anyone’s theological belief or lack of, nor will any of our plans involve proselytizing at all. We are however planning on engaging faith group members in Occupy and encouraging activism. This is about faith, actively pursuing a better future. People can have faith in many things, a friend, a belief, a story, many different things inspire faith that informs behaviour. In this way our use of the word faith implies a function as a sign post showing the way to travel.
