Occupy Law UK
Public Group active 2 months, 2 weeks agoOccupy law exists for two reasons:
a) to highlight the complicity of the legal system as part of the broader ‘system’ which concentrates power to the 1% and disenfranchises the 99%. The legal system facilitates and legitimises the destruction of our planet for profit and all the human misery that entails.
b) to advocate a new, positive and just legal framework – including the Community Bill of Rights which promotes local community self-governance – giving power back to the people and making corporations subservient to us. The legal system should promote the health and integrity of the planet and improve the quality of human relationships.
