We are forgetting that when you cut people they bleed..There’s a lost nation out there who people just don’t see or speak to(‘MONIQUE’ Brent Resident)

In response to recent Government policy regarding cuts to welfare and civil society, Lost Nation is a gritty site-specific drama and documentary about the social exclusion of the ‘lesser’ classes in society set in the streets of London. Devised and directed by Topher Campbell.

Through the use of the powerful verbatim technique mixed with digital video, Lost Nation is a thought provoking  site-specific drama about the social exclusion of the ‘lesser’ classes in society set in the streets and buildings of the London borough of Brent. Through powerful personal testimony Lost Nation tells the most captivating, vital and tender stories of men and women living in London depicting the experiences and reality of poverty in the UK, today.

Lost Nation will be filmed live as part of the Poverty Project documentary. The audience becomes not only spectator but integral to our live film shoot!

Lost Nation is spread over 6 days between 23 and 28 July; and each performance day is unique. Different actors tell a different true story in a different secret location in Brent. Tickets holders are informed of the exact venue location two weeks prior to the performance. You can choose between a 6PM and an 8PM start time. Book Here .
