OccupyLSX in court 13 February for application to appeal hearing

The Occupy London Stock Exchange (OccupyLSX) application to appeal the court decision regarding the occupation by St Paul’s will be held on 13 February.
The appeal, if granted, will be held on the same day.
The City of London Corporation have assured they will not take enforcement action before this date.
