		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve watched the above video (sadly without sound) and read the transcript.  No where do I see a question.  Forgive me if I&#039;m wrong, but wouldn&#039;t &#039;question time&#039; indicate that it was a forum to ask questions (preferably sensible ones) rather than get up and have a ranting monolog?  I would hazard a guess that if you&#039;d asked a sensible question, relating to the topic under discussion, you&#039;d have got an answer and not been ejected.]]></description>
