They are complicit period. They don&#039;t get to share percentages of blame. Invading and occupying a country is both wrong and has in this case resulted much misery, torture, privatisation and death.]]></description>

Given that even the highest estimate of Iraq casualties is around 1m, and that UK forces have been - what? - around 5% of the forces in Iraq, could you explain how they caused 1m casualties, and why the other 95% didn&#039;t apparently cause any?
