our hereditament inheritance

"there has been a material change of
circumstances because of pacifism and
homage to humanity in responding to
the financial daylight robbery predicament
by UBS and others
when Compassionate Occupy Occupier

with great excitement on the spelt right
18 November 2011
peacefully entered and thus
rightfully inherited the unused building

We believe this watershed idea for change
whose time has come
increases the social capital of the tenement
to priceless gold dust converting it into
an Early Step in an unstoppable
Long Salt and Jarrow Freedomsquaters’ March
towards social and economic justice"

Community Poet and activist, Tony Hillier, responds with a ‘Found Parody Poem’ of Jones Lang LaSalle Limited's (for owners UBS Bank) application for a ratings value reduction to a total of £5 (£1 per floor) for the multi-million pound building.

The original key phrases in the document which inspired the parody :

“vandalism and damage in the hereditament caused by protestors gaining illegal entry in the hereditament on 18th November 2011. We believe this change occurred on 18th Novemeber (sic) 2011 and reduces the ratable Value of the hereditament to 1 pound.”

I think the Master of the Rolls Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury needs to make a public statement regarding the current relationship between our Judiciary and the banks/financial institutions. Apparently there is a current internal instruction from above to the Judges in the lower courts to not enter any judgments against the banks/financial institutions. If you try to take your bank to court, you are likely to be told that the Courts are not really the right place to consider such matters; you should try the trading standard office. (when have we ever heard of our trading standard officers take on the Banks? ). The annoying thing about this is that the Courts will ask you to pay and pocket the court fees and a hearing fee of many hundred pounds from you then tell you that the Courts are not the venue for dealing with the Banks. This perhaps suggests the Judges and the Courts are trading fraudulently – ask for payments for a service they have no intention to provide.
