It means nothing to the everyday bike rider. It is not clear it has no message, have you lot not got any sense of communication.
If you want the public to think about the link between the two why not say that is a short sentence – do you really think they are going to go to a website or twitter feed to find out – and then if they do find no information beyond ‘we did this’. If you have the money and energy to do this spend 5 minutes to plan it out please.
