All these protests are great and a serious point is being made. About time but is it not part of the process to start pushing for specific solutions? Here is an idea that I have put onto the Government petition site. Basically the UK banks should give 10% of their share capital to a sovereign fund. This could be used for solving some of the countries problems and will help to shore up the countries finances but more importantly will start the process of redress for the banks greed and coruption. The 10% holding will ensure a seat on the board that will increase transparency and hopefully reduce greed.
